Shipment processing time

We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. Please be aware that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you place an order during these times, we will process it on the next available business day.

During promotional periods and special events, shipping times may vary at the discretion of imoo. However, rest assured that we will inform you in advance if any delays are expected.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

After your order has been shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

For most areas in Australia, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances during transit.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

About Watch

This issue may occur if at least one of the watch's phone numbers has not been filled out completely. To resolve this:

  1. Open the imoo app.
  2. Tap on "More" in the bottom right corner.
  3. Click on your child's profile picture.
  4. Navigate to "Watch Phone Number" and ensure that both watch phone numbers are filled out completely.
  5. After completing this step for both watches, restart the watches or re-add the friend, and the issue should be resolved.

Please try restarting the watch by pressing and holding the power button. Restarting is necessary after inserting the SIM card.

No, the 3G shutdown will not disable your imoo watch. All imoo watches support the 4G network, so they will continue to function normally after the 3G shutdown. To check if your watch is connected to 4G, slide down from the top of the time display page after disconnecting from Wi-Fi to view the 4G icon.
